Wiggles and Giggles is dance and sensory play for children under five and their grown ups.
Expect singing and seated sensory play using props, instruments, everyday items and our imaginations, before we get up on our feet and move – stretching our minds and our bodies in an accessible way.
Each week is different, but we ALWAYS promise a completely non-judgemental environment for you to play, bond and wiggle with your little ones in.
Please feed, change, cuddle, or wear your baby as needed, and bring along carry-pottys for those older little ones! No need to worry about children running wild whilst others calmly listen to a story…come as you are, and we’ll do the rest!
Our sessions are Pay What You Can, meaning you still get to come along even in those tougher weeks.

The Barrington Centre, Ferndown (Tuesdays, 10.00-11.00am from 3rd March 2026). Please complete the above participant form or get in touch. We are located in The Hayes Suite!
Totton Creative Hub (Thursdays, 10.30-11.30am), please visit the Fluid Motion Theatre Company webpage to book (they have their own process, and will ask you to complete a form at your first session).

Little ones practised their tummy time while crinkling foil with their hands and reaching for the stars.
Older children (out of shot) selected stars to stick to the velcro to create a night’s sky, before we sang ‘twinkle, twinkle’ and wafted our night’s sky up and down.
The breeze caught our faces and made us giggle!
