ARTS In:Corporate is our staff creative wellbeing offer. Similar to our interventions work, we facilitate mainstream, high-quality arts experiences which are fun, engaging and creative, whilst meeting core aims agreed in consultation with the client e.g. ‘boost staff confidence’, ‘develop new skills’, ‘get our team working more collaboratively’.
We measure wellbeing outcomes across all of our work, but choose not to explicitly address these within sessions (we know that the therapeutic benefits of taking part in arts activities are there regardless). However, we can be more exploratory/reflective through the use of specific art forms e.g. art journaling, writing and drama, if that is required, and as long as it is safe for the participants to do so.
ARTS In:Corporate Experience Days begin at £500. This covers the cost of a professional artist, resources, project management/planning, attendance of two staff members and an anonymous evaluation of staff wellbeing/the impact of the activities for the client to refer to.
We require a room which is appropriate for the chosen art form, and can provide activities for up to twenty members of staff at one time.
