
Claire Reilly – Founder/CEO
With over 14 years working across the arts sector in arts management, practitioner and educator roles, Claire founded Wakey Wakey ARTS in 2022 to specialise in producing creative projects for young people facing adversity.
Claire is working hard to bring Wakey Wakey ARTS to Dorset’s arts, youth and health communities to improve the wellbeing of young people and their families.
Louise Kelsey-Spencer – Director
Louise is a Movement Practitioner and Choreographer working across charity, community, youth and education settings from early years to HE. Her practice spans collaborative and multi-disciplinary projects, including commissions for the European Capital of Culture, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee (in collaboration with BBC Singers), and U.Dance National. She is passionate about the transformative power of movement and creating inclusive arts experiences rooted in shared lived experience.


Laura Bullivant – Director
Laura is a Cultural Development Manager and Community Museum Manager with over 20 years’ experience in museum and cultural leadership, specialising in engagement, social impact and audience development. Originally from Nottingham, Laura brings both professional expertise and personal insight into caring for young people with additional needs. She is passionate about creating inclusive cultural experiences that empower communities.
Becky Birkett-Mills – Director and Creative Session Leader
Becky is an arts practitioner based in Hampshire and Dorset with over 10 years experience working in different sectors of the arts industry. She is a performer, director, producer, general manager and facilitator who also co-runs local theatre company Curious Pheasant Theatre and The Southampton Fringe Festival. Becky is excited to work with Wakey Wakey ARTS to see the growth of their work with young people and the community.


Lune Scalzotto – Administration Support and Creative Session Leader
Passionate about mental health and wellbeing, Lune uses their broad administrative and pedagogical work experience to support inclusive community spaces. Lune has a special interest in creating affirming environments for the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities, and when not working with Wakey Wakey ARTS, uses their psychology degree and lived experience to support individuals through their work as The Queer Life Coach.
